You may enter pre-arrival purchase information yourself at no cost. However, for your convenience, Vintrust's team is available to record your wine purchase information as pre-arrival purchases that either you or Vintrust can receive into your online account. Simply fax your order details to (415) 561-8416 or email them to customerservice@vintrust.com. Vintrust does not charge to input purchase details for wine sent to our cellars. We do charge a nominal fee to enter purchase data for wine that you will physically receive. Wine purchased through Vintrust will have the purchase records automatically added at no cost.
