Our Wine Asset Management system integrates the wine in your collection with data informing you about what you have and what to do with it. Your Vintrust account is accessible via any PC connected to the Internet and provides a snapshot of your wine portfolio. A list of every wine in your collection is presented, ready to be sorted by specific characteristics or searched by vintages, varietals, regions and more. Each wine is organized by cellar and linked to the vintner’s own website. A separate wine details page specifies every individual aspect of the wine, including original cost, current value, source, bottle location, ratings, personal tasting notes and vintner notes (when available).

Add it.

As you order and purchase wine, you can add it to your online portfolio. Even pre-arrival wine can be added to record and track delivery progress. Wines purchased through Vintrust or cellared at Vintrust will be added automatically. Vintrust can also add new purchase information for you. Simply fax or email the information to us.

Move it.

Wine is often in motion – from one home to another, one cellar to another. Simply scan the barcode labels and select the destination cellar. It’s that easy. Vintrust can help conduct or arrange for the physical move from place to place, maintaining a consistent environment throughout the journey.

Remove it.

As you consume or give bottles as gifts, there are two easy choices for removing the wine from your account. You may quickly scan the bottle as it’s pulled from the cellar. However, you may decide to remove the barcode label from the bottle – a safe and simple process – and place the label in a book or on a pad of paper. Later, you can input the guests, the meal and your tasting notes into the system as you scan each removed barcode.

Track it.

Your Vintrust portfolio system records every action in your collection, from when wine comes in to when it leaves. You can track consumption patterns and pre-arrivals. You can see how many Bordeaux wines you have from St.-Emilion. You will have total control of your collection.

Each Vintrust client is linked to his or her own professional Wine Director. Your Wine Director has full access to your collection information and can provide any advice you desire: when to drink, when to sell and what else you might enjoy. Your Wine Director is only an email away to discuss food pairings and decanting requirements.

Your Vintrust Wine Director can provide the proper advice, access and price to help you find particular jewels and guide a collection's direction. You provide a budget and we ensure that your cellar contains wine you will love.

We provide the advice and tools to easily give and ship your wine to friends, colleagues and special customers. We can also arrange and coordinate auction gifts to provide charitable tax deductions. Through Vintrust, you may also manage registries for weddings, birthdays and other gifts.

For those looking to liquidate wine assets, having a digital online wine portfolio with images of each bottle makes the selling process exceptionally convenient. Choose specific bottles, regions or varietals that you wish to sell, or select your entire collection. We will market the wine, authenticate provenance and value and gather offers.
