Our dedicated inventorying team has traveled around the country to inventory and organize cellars from 1,000 bottles to more than 25,000 bottles on-site at client locations. Other collectors have moved their collections into our cellarage facility in Napa to inventory and cellar the collection for them.

Digitally image and barcode each bottle. Our proprietary process and technology allows a team of two to process up to 800 bottles per day.
Organize your cellar/locker/refrigerator by varietal, vintage or both, as you desire. The position of each bottle will be recorded in your online account for easy retrieval.
Then, our expert data entry staff will:
Record the information into your online portfolio.
Research and enter current market value for each wine.
Provide ratings SOMMscores, Robert Parker, Steve Tanzer and the Wine Spectator ratings for each wine with an auto-search link to the actual reviews for subscribers of each reviewer's website.
Once inventoried, you can search your collection through your online Wine Asset Management account. For instance, you can look for all of your Barbaresco’s from 1990-1995 with a Parker score of 90 and above that are in your home cellar. The system will even tell you where to find each selection.
Vintrust's team is available to you to record your wine purchase information as pre-arrival purchases that either you or Vintrust can receive into your online account. Simply fax your order details to (415) 561-8416 or email them to customerservice@vintrust.com. Vintrust does not charge to input purchase details for wine sent to us, but charges a nominal fee for wine that you will receive. You may enter pre-arrival purchase information yourself at no cost. Wine purchased through Vintrust will have the purchase records automatically added at no cost.
It’s nice to know what wine you have currently and where it is, but your collection is dynamic. As wine is purchased, consumed or sold, we provide the online tools to maintain the integrity of your Vintrust portfolio data.
Consumption, Gifts or Sales
Use the Wine Asset Management system to record any wine removed from your cellar, whether you give it, drink it or sell it. You can either scan the barcode as the wine is removed, or easily remove the top layer of the barcode label and place it in a tasting book or note pad; the system allows for manual entry or barcode scanning. When you remove wine from your online account, you will have the option to record the date and reason for removal, as well as enter a personal tasting note.
