Vintrust provides four options for cellaring your wine with us.

Option 1: Ship your purchases directly to Vintrust. Eliminate UPS or FedEx failed delivery notices. Download a Winery Direct Shipping Form to identify Vintrust as your shipping address. To get started, simply register with Vintrust.

Option 2: Purchase wine from Vintrust and cellar it at Vintrust. This is ideal provenance. As a Vintrust member, when you acquire wine through Vintrust, simply choose Vintrust as your shipping location, or alert your Wine Director. All inbound fees are waived.

Option 3: Schedule a pick-up. Vintrust or one of our expert national carriers will pick up your wine from a winery, auction house, retailer or your home or office. Your wine will be transported in a secure, temperature-controlled truck to the Vintrust facility.

Option 4: You can personally deliver your wine to any Vintrust office or facility.

Cellaring and accessing your wine through Vintrust is as convenient as placing a bottle in your own cellar.

Every time you add wine to your Vintrust cellar, we verify each bottle’s vintage, producer, variety, bottle size and quantity. We also send you an email alert that the wine has been received.

Each bottle or sealed box is digitally imaged in a high-resolution format to record its condition. Our proprietary barcode is affixed to each bottle or sealed box for easy retrieval and tracking.

We add each new acquisition to your online Wine Asset Management account. As a value-added feature, we also include the wine’s market price data and ratings from SOMMselections, Wine Advocate, International Wine Cellar and Wine Spectator.

Removing wine from your Vintrust Wine Asset Management account is just as easy. Simply select the wine you want and Vintrust becomes your personal logistics partner. We will send your wine to your primary address, vacation home, hotel or restaurant. We can even send wine to your friends, family members and business associates on your behalf. In most cases, we offer next-day delivery. You can also pick up your wine at a Vintrust location.

Your wine is a valuable asset, and we treat it as such. Each Vintrust facility has the optimum cooling, humidity, security and electrical infrastructure to ensure the ideal environment for your wine, whether it’s stored for weeks or years. The facilities are maintained at a constant temperature of 58 degrees and 70% humidity. It is the ideal low-light, low-vibration environment for wine. Our environmental and security systems are equipped with redundant power sources in case of electrical outages. Our facilities also contain redundant cooling and humidity systems to maintain the correct environmental conditions in the event of an equipment failure.

The fire protection system is monitored by the fire department, with sprinkler systems and automatically ejecting roof access.

All steel racking is seismically certified.

No public access is allowed, other than scheduled, accompanied tours

We do not promote the locations of our facilities.

Two levels of security verification are required prior to entry.

Security system includes 24-hour video surveillance, with laser motion detectors, and external security patrol.
