Our pricing structure is designed to meet your needs so that you can optimize the services you choose to use.
Our Wine Management system integrates the wine in your collection with our database of current market values, reviews and scores, and suggested drink dates. Your Vintrust account is accessible from any PC connected to the Internet. Perhaps the best feature of the Wine Asset Management Software is that it’s free. You simply need to register with Vintrust to use it.

A member of the Vintrust team will come to your location and digitally image and barcode each bottle and enter the data into your online Wine Asset Management account, including its current market value and ratings. At your request, our team will organize your cellar and record each bottle’s position for easy retrieval.
$2.50 per bottle inventoried. ($150 minimum per visit, plus travel expenses.)
Too busy to keep up with your cellar? Once an initial in-home inventory has been completed, you can arrange an ongoing cellar maintenance plan. A Vintrust team member will come to your location, at the time interval you prefer, to image, barcode and enter any additions to your inventory.

Vintrust can provide all of the tools for you to inventory your own wine, including the Wine Asset Management software, database, scanner and as many barcode labels as you need. While we suggest that you use our barcode system, we do not require it. You can manage your entire collection on Vintrust’s Wine Asset Management system for free.
You can purchase barcodes and a scanner from Vintrust. Although other scanners will work with the Vintrust system, we have carefully selected our branded scanner. Only Vintrust barcodes will work with our system. Your account will keep track of the barcode numbers you have used and will automatically notify you when you need to purchase additional barcodes.

Cellarage fees for cellaring your wine at a Vintrust facility are charged monthly for each bottle cellared at a Vintrust cellar. As you cellar more wine with Vintrust, your monthly fees are discounted.

Our online and phone/fax order systems, experienced drivers and carrier partners make transferring your wine in and out of the Vintrust cellar both easy and reliable.

You can avoid pick-up and delivery fees by dropping off or picking up your wine at any Vintrust location between the hours of 9 a.m and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We will prepare your phone or internet order for next-day pick-up or drop-off.

Vintrust’s highly intuitive Wine Asset Management interface allows you to enter your own wine orders into your online portfolio at no charge, if you prefer, your Wine Director will do this for you. Vintrust will record your new wine purchase information as pre-arrival purchases that either you or Vintrust will physically receive. Simply fax your order details to Vintrust (415.561.8416) or email them to prearrivals@vintrust.com.
We do not charge you to input purchase details for wine sent to a Vintrust facility. You can also input pre-arrival purchase information yourself at no cost. Wine purchased through Vintrust is automatically recorded in your account at no charge.
$1 per wine SKU, $5 minimum order for a Wine Director to enter purchase information for a wine that you physically receive.
At your request, Vintrust will insure* each bottle at Vintrust at its aggregate replacement value as stated in your Vintrust online portfolio account.
