EUGENIO JARDIM
A native of Brazil, Eugenio Jardim's first memory of wine comes from leisurely Sunday
brunches when his father would serve the slightly chilled Chianti 'in fiasco,' to
offset the tropical heat. After graduating from college with a degree in communications,
Eugenio was practicing public relations for a group of restaurants. He found the
study of wine to be an integral part of his work. Relocating to Austin, Texas, Eugenio
attended summer classes in service and hospitality at the University of Texas. His
