DREW HENDRICKS
Growing up in a very food-centric home, Drew learned at an early age to appreciate
food and wine. This passion was nurtured during a US Army tour in Germany, after
which he attended culinary school. Upon graduation, Drew spent time in many kitchens,
honing his skills. In his spare time and between shifts he often found himself reading
