DANA FARNER


Dana Farner, Beverage Director of CUT and sidebar by Wolfgang Puck at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel, discovered wine, her true passion, in New York City. She pursued a career as an actor and singer, first in Minneapolis, then Los Angeles, before she went on to New York. Unfortunately, she developed complications with her vocal cords and was ordered to stop singing all together. She then took a job as a server at Blue Water Grill in New York City where she blind-tasted for the first time. Over the next 2½ years, Dana studied wine intensely and was promoted to the Director of Beverage, where she held the position for another 2½ years.
